Carla L. Miller, Attorney at Law

Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.  She received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas, the state of New York, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Miller Firm was established in November, 2012 - built on a foundation of 20 years experience in the legal profession. For thirteen years, the Firm focused on serving the legal needs of the small business community, other professionals, and individuals. In September of 2025, Carla stepped out of the full-time private practice of law to join The Citizens Bank of Batesville, Arkansas, where she currently serves as SVP, Director of Special Assets.

Carla is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is a past member of the Alumni Board of UALR Bowen School of Law, has served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Arkansas Bar Association Political Action Committee, and served on the NYSBA Committee for Attorney Professionalism.

The Miller Firm maintains its former client’s files and can be reached for questions regarding past representation, file retrieval, and limited legal consultation. The Firm is no longer taking engagements for litigation or transactional work.
